Founded in 2013, Blue Wave is a state-of-the-art global software engineering company that offers customer-centric, innovative digital infrastructure solutions helping governments and public entities enhance their operational productivity and business performance on a holistic level.
Blue Wave was born out of the passion of an international team of IT authorities and digital connoisseurs across the Middle East to provide ground-breaking software services that will propel
government organizations towards greater heights allowing them to achieve optimal productivity as well as conquer the digital era. Boasting over a decade’s worth of software and data analysis experience under its belt, particularly in providing e-solutions for governments, our team has worked with various public organizations in several countries, including Iraq, Azerbaijan, Turkey, and the UAE. We have carried out                  e-government projects from scratch through developing apps and digitizing services for various public entities across the region.
